I rarely ever leave reviews, but I feel compelled to for Mango Automotive. From the start, Bobby was an absolute gentleman who truly listened and understood my situation. Then Chuck stepped in, and honestly he is one of the best people I have ever met. You can feel it in his energy, in the way he looks at you, in how he interacts. He is a rare gem. I passed through El Paso stressed out, thinking I had serious car problems, and left with a smile on my face because of the service and genuine care I received here. Mango Automotive is not just about fixing cars, it is about the people. And the people here are amazing.

Dude!!! These people are the best!!! My 98 Mercedes SL500 broke down on a 2 week roadtrip about 500 miles from home (San Antonio). Turns out I had a blown head gasket and there was no way I could drive the distance back home. Taz offered me the use of his PERSONAL truck to tow my car home. HIS PERSONAL TRUCK!!! If you want a decent mechanic shop that doesn’t feel sketchy or try to rip you off, please consider supporting this place. Every single person there was extremely compassionate to our dilemma and EVERY SINGLE PERSON went out of their way to help us get home. I actually have a friend back home who has a 3 bay garage that has been unused since her husband passed a year and a half ago, and I was trying to convince them to come out to her place and open up shop there. I’m telling you, I’ve NEVER felt so good about any mechanic’s shop as much as these guys. Give them a call- you won’t regret the level of professionalism, knowledge, and help you’ll receive

The ac on my wife’s car went out and I needed to find a shop that would help me take care of the problem promptly and at a reasonable price, after researching different shops I found Mango automotive and decided to give it a shot, well to make a long story short, Christian and Chuck are two of the nicest people you will ever meet, not only did they make feel at ease with the pricing and the pending work, they did an excellent job of getting my Wife’s car cooling like new again, plus they sent a car to pick me up so I could go and bring the car home, I am so grateful I found this shop, once again thanks guys!

I've never in my life received the amount of help, honesty and integrity at any shop before or with any mechanic ever... brought in my 2015 VW Passat TDI SEL, By far the best place I've ever gone to for car service and car repairs. Paid $767 to have every single thing I needed fixed and replaced.. They even show you personally if you choose, to check out what exactly they see wrong and think you need replacement. No lying and no extra BS on trying to sell me things I don't need... I couldn't recommend this place any harder!! Don't make the same mistake I made of going elsewhere and just come here for all your service needs!!! You won't be disappointed I promise!🙏🏻 100/10 for damn sure.. will be back for everything I need. Thank you to the hard working men who helped me out today. Truly a blessing I found them.

Could not be happier with my experience. After getting burned by several mechanics, my friend recommended i check out Mango Automotives. Chuck is phenomenal, asked questions about my problems and explained everything to me so I wasn't left in the dark. Him and his team went above and beyond by diagnosing my cars issues, and giving my vehicle a little TLC where needed. Overall, truly one of the best mechanics in El Paso. I'll for sure be returning for all of my car's needs :)

Took my minivan in with an unknown problem. Chuck and his crew were able to diagnose it and fix it without breaking my bank. Very good mechanics. I recommend them to all of my friends if they need work done. Also, they are very military friendly.

I’m an out of town guy, my vehicle broke down two hours before getting to El Paso. I was recommended to mango automotive and got to work with Chuck. Chuck was able to do a full inspection on the vehicle and was able to work with me on getting my car back together. Since I was passing through El Paso chuck worked around my schedule and helped me out with pricing. He also waited until I was able to make it back into town.

Mango Automotive is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. Great customer service by everyone there. Pricing was great, communication was great, and just a great experience overall. They took care of my Camaro like if it was their own. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you everyone at Mango Automotive!

Travelling through Texas, had car trouble. Made an online appointment from nearby hotel. No trouble. They did a thorough check on my car. Told me what was needed to be repaired and it could be done at my local auto service. The car would make it home. And they didn't charge me. Profesional, pleasant staff. Thank you Charlie.

Thank you Christian Gonzales & Chuck for amazing professional service. This was my first time here and as a woman, I appreciate how thoroughly the inspection report I received. Christian & Chuck also set me up with a complimentary Lyft to & from the shop after I dropped my car off. That was a very kind & memorable service I have yet to receive elsewhere. I highly recommend this shop to all my ladies needing repairs or a relief of worry trying to figure out what’s wrong with your vehicle.
